About Your Webmaster
Stacey Mayer was known for her artistic talent even in childhood, because of her drawings of the ponies and wildlife of Seattle's Woodland Park Zoo. Her art was greatly influenced by the Asian and Native American art collections at the Seattle Art Museum.
She actively participated in the local 4H community and spent her high school weekends at local horse shows, and riding her Anglo-Arab gelding over the hills with other horse-loving friends.
As a young mother, she showcased her artwork at the Fred Oldfield Western Art Shows, along with Gabe Gabel, Hulan Fleming, George Montgomery, and Fred Oldfield, himself.
Today, Stacey enjoys teaching art to young horse lovers and is a member of the Brazos Extension Equine Committee, serving where needed in the local equine community.
